In 1982, when I was 2 years old, my family took our first trip to Disney World, stayed at the Polynesian, and we fell in love. The convenience of the resort, the food, the magic….

I have been to the Walt Disney World Resort more time than I can remember. I got engaged in front of Cinderella’s Castle and my husband and I were married at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion, between the Polynesian and the Grand Floridian. We celebrated at Ohana for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception was at the Yacht Club. Over 130 family members (most coming from Massachusetts) joined us for our event!
My husband and I have 3 boys (ages 14, 9, and 7) and they have already been so many times. I took my oldest at 11 months, my middle at 3 months and my youngest at 6 weeks old, so I know what it is like traveling with the littles.
So, why do you need a vacation planner? Disney is NOT a trip where you can just “wing it.” A lot of planning goes into a Disney trip from resort and dining reservations to Genie+, to Lightning Lane, to Magical Extras….my job as a Disney Travel Agent is to make sure you are getting the most out of your trip.
I am up to date on the latest information coming out of the Walt Disney World Resort. Nowadays, things are changing all the time and rumors are always floating on the internet. I can always provide you with the most up-to-date, important information coming out of Disney. I will also keep searching for deals even AFTER you book! If a discount comes out that I can apply to you reservation, I will do it.
Lastly, I have stayed at most of the resorts on property and can give you resort recommendations based on your family’s wants and I will provide you with tips, suggestions, and recommendations as we go through the planning process.

I will never forget the first time my son met Goofy on our first trip or the first time my daughter saw Cinderella's Castle. It was night and the Magic Kingdom was decorated for Christmas. We covered her eyes until we got out on Main Street right in front of the Castle. When we uncovered her eyes she saw the Castle and looked around. When she realized where she was, she spread out her arms and twirled around saying, "It's all so wonderful!" my thoughts exactly.Over the last 18 years, I have experienced 2 Disney Cruise Line sailings in addition to having visited Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida over 20 times and Disneyland in California twice. I have trained extensively with Disney, Universal and Sea World and experienced most of the rides, recreation, entertainment and dining each has to offer. One of my favorite things about these destinations is, while much of what they have to offer stays the same, allowing for cherished memories and experiences to be revisited, there are always new and exciting things being added at each, so your must-do list never gets boring.
